We aim to develop a technology platform that could lead to different products focused on Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy (DPN) treatment and diabetes monitoring:

The StimA™ is an advanced auricular wearable multi-cathode/anode stimulation system for diabetes. It utilizes a dual frequency range stimulation approach based on our proprietary multi-pulse Duplet Cathodes Therapy (DCT™) that targets both sensory fibers and fast-adapting mechanoreceptors, offering immediate pain relief and long-term neuromodulation of chronic pain and inflammation.

The DPN Hub Monitor™ is a closed-loop stimulation system to remotely monitor the health of the Pacinian/Meisnner corpuscles in diabetes. It may be hand or foot worn. In the hand, the corpuscles are stimulated non-invasively at a fingertip and the evoked response measured in the median nerve at the wrist. In the feet, a foot sole is stimulated and the evoked response measured in the plantar and sural nerves. Other sensors such as temperature will also be embedded. Collected measurements will be pre-processed and automatically telemetered to a data center for clinician analysis.

The DPN Hub Monitor technology is also intended to be explored for the development of a closed-loop stimulation plantar product, aimed at enhancing protective sensation and postural control in patients with DPN.

Electrodes e1..e6 may be placed around acupoints CO18, CO10, TF4, and AT4 respectively for diabetes 2 management. A complex combination of cathodes and anodes is utilized with DCT™ for deep stimulation penetration.
